Eine Kleine Nacht Musik...

Berlin is one of those cities that kinda freaks me out a bit, I'm not really sure why. I didn't really have any expectations of the crowd there so I was pleasantly surprised to find a concert hall packed to capacity with Twilight fans who proceeded to stoke the fire that fuels the band.

We played a fast and jam-packed show, with what I believe to have been the best 'Underneath the Waves' yet. Afterwards we signed some autographs and got to hang out with the punters. I met a bunch of people from Poland who have been trying to get us to play there forever. It's not like we don't want to go, it's just about the logisitcs of setting it up, but believe me we are trying to accomplish that goal so keep your fingers crossed.

We are in the process of finalizing dates for touring both America and Europe in the Fall, so stay tuned for those, we'll release them very soon. In all likelihood these will be the final tour dates for 'Powder Burns'.

After Berlin we headed to Vienna, a place I have never visited before. The club we played, Flex, would not have been out of place in a German industrial video, I half expected Dieter to ask me to touch his monkey at some point during the evening. They told us we could only play 90 minutes, so we played for almost 2 hours. Here's a hint, don't tell us what to do...

We had to split pretty soon after the show as we had a long ride to Zurich, so being as awake as we were we put on a movie. Unfortunately we watched the XXX sequel with Ice Cube, all I have to say is that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Sigh...

So I'm in Zurich right now, tonight we play an outdoors show by the lake, it promises to be interesting.

Cheers,

Scott
