NYC

Was Philly the best show so far? The question bears asking, especially the rock moment of a packed TLA crowd all clapping their hands in unison during Underneath the Waves. Thanks for that guys, it was stirring.

Greg and I just got back to the hotel after sound-checking at Irving Plaza and it's started to rain. Not just a little rain, outside it's looking a little like monsoon season. Coupled with the balmy, humid New York night, I couldn't think of a more perfect atmosphere for a Twilight Singers concert.

By the way, I really want to thank Michael and his crew that took care of all of us after the Philly show. They layed on a meal for us that allowed us all, the Singers, Afterhours and Jeff, to sit and eat like the family we have become, it was great. We owe you, Michael.

So, tonight will be a long one, the venue is to the best of my knowledge sold out, and it's NYC. You know it's gonna get hot in that joint tonight.

Before I close, I want to wish my baby girl a happy 10th birthday today. Happy birthday Chloe, Dad loves you.

p.s. Thanks for all the Twin Peaks and shower curtains emails, I think we have it sorted. Also, Jeff Klein wants a pony that never dies.
