 | GREG DULLI TO EMBARK ON FIRST EVER SOLO TOUR
'An Evening With Greg Dulli' Dulli To Debut Several New Twilight Singers Songs In Concert Seattle, WA - For the first time in his career, Greg Dulli will embark on a solo tour which will see him make stops in five different countries for a total of 29 shows. Beginning in New Orleans on October 8th, 'An Evening With Greg Dulli' will feature Greg along with long-time Twilight Singers guitarist Dave Rosser and multi-instrumentalist Rick Nelson (Polyphonic Spree) performing a stripped down set. Dulli will lead his band through a wide selection of songs encompassing his entire career. 'An Evening With Greg Dulli' will be a limited run tour with only fourteen US shows along with stops in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Belgium. Dates and on sale information provided below. These shows will also mark the debut of several brand new songs from the forthcoming Twilight Singers album scheduled for release on Sub Pop Records in early 2011. The new Twilight Singers album will be the first release from the group in five years. More details on the new album will be announced later this year. Greg Dulli began his musical career as the frontman and guitarist for the pioneering band The Afghan Whigs in 1987. The band was praised by critics and fans alike, releasing six studio albums before disbanding in the late 90's. Dulli went on to form The Twilight Singers, known for their indie, soul and electronic sound. The Twilight Singers have released four albums including the critically lauded Blackberry Belle & Powder Burns (One Little Indian) in 2003 & 2006 respectively. In 2008, Dulli collaborated with close friend Mark Lanegan to form The Gutter Twins. Their debut release, Saturnalia (Sub Pop), was chosen by SPIN as one of the top albums of 2008.

| while i was sad to see the Twilight CD wont be until 2011, I am SUPER excited that we have this until then. It has been wayyy too long to be away from Dulli and me and the wife will be hitting the Cinci, Cleveland and PITTSBURGH shows for sure, PITTSBURGH!!! finally Dulli will be back here in Pittsburgh and I hope he loves it because we would love to have the Twilight Singers here too. |

I lived in Miami for my whole life, I moved to Orlando not that long ago ... we are going to NOLA the day before the show, I know you said you are flying, if it gets to October and we know nothing more, and end up having to stand outside and wait on the day of, we will wait all day if we have to and I will do whatever I can to help you (if you are not getting in till later or whatever, we will make sure we get your tickets as well if we can, if your friends there can't help you out) I don't want anyone who wants to go to miss out, I know how sad I would be, I am WORRIED now !!!!! ... replied to the DEVILby kathy on August 1, 2010 4:49 PM |

| Anybody heard anything else about the NOLA tix? I called about two weeks ago and got the same response as everyone else. Already booked hotel room and the whole nine. My experience has been that most Dulli shows I've been to in Texas have not been sellouts. NOLA may be a different story. Whatever I gotta do I'm gonna make it in there. | Sorry to offer some conflicting information, but I stopped into DBA this afternoon and the woman I spoke to gave me the impression that thickets WERE going to be sold. The bar was closed and she wouldn't open the door for me, but when I asked about Dulli tix she said they weren't only sale yet but should be available sometime in September. I'll stop in again sometime when the place is open to see if I can get some more specific details. |

| @pughjeremy ... Sorry it took me so long to answer! We are driving to NOLA. .... I have been a Greg Dulli fan since I was really young, since I first started middle school ... so over 15 years, I guess. Since Congregation .... As far as distinguising features ... hmm ... I don't know. I am very short. I am only 5'1. Which means at concerts I have to try and get up front or I can see nothing :( ... I have kinda short dark hair ... Maybe those of us who are going to the NOLA show and want to meet one another should do something like all wear a red rose pinned to our shirts like in those old movies!!! :) I'm kidding. But we should find each other though! | @pughjeremy :) I always wanted to be hardcore! Actually I was begging my parents to go to the David Bowie glass spider tour when I was like 6! Music has always been my life! But you have me beat, really ... cause I have a little secret ... I have NEVER seen Dulli live :( !! I could not go to concerts for a long time cause I was not really well enough. So this will be my first Dulli show EVER! Isn't that crazy? He has been my favorite all these years! I was so sad about it for so long, now I can go! That is why I keep saying this just means so much to me. Your Dulli story is great! I mean, certainly not the coma part ... but that you got to see those shows. I can tell it means a lot to you, too.
